Three men were involved in the first-degree burglary on Thornton Mill Road.
When two men broke into a Sparks resident's house, she yelled, threatening to call 911. That method seemed to work, because the pair and their accomplice left quickly in a vehicle, according to a report by Baltimore County police. The incident occurred between 10:30 and 10:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 14300 block of Thornton Mill Road, it states. The burglary reportedly began as three men came to the home in a dark-gray, four-door sedan. One suspect tried to distract the resident, while the two others forced open the rear door and got inside the home. "The homeoenwer yelled at the suspects that she was calling 911," the report states. The suspects left in a vehicle, in an unspecified direction, it states.

Sparks Thornton Mill Road, 14500 block, between 3:30 p.m. Feb. 13 and 4 p.m. Feb. 14. A Honda ATV was stolen from the backyard of a residence. White Hall Graystone Road, 18800 block, between 10 p.m. Feb. 14 and 4:17 a.m. Feb. 15. A juvenile burglar tried to steal a Dodge van from his neighbor's unlocked open garage. He was arrested and charged with second degree burglary.

A man who was described as being about 50 years of age, between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-11 and weighing 160 to 170 pounds wandered through the open door at a residence while a cleaner was at the location. He walked through the residence, seemingly lost and disoriented, and told the cleaner his name is "Andrew." He then opened the window in the laundry room, climbed outside and walked away.
