Minton, a resident of Cockeysville, is charged with second-degree child abuse for offenses that occurred between Jan. 17, 2009, and Dec. 31, 2010, when he worked at Cardin, police said Tuesday. A former student at Shoshana S. Cardin School told police that her gym teacher and coach at the private school in Pikesville sexually abused her for years. Foye C. Minton Jr., 33, of Cockeysville, has been charged with child abuse against a female student for offenses that police allege began in 2009 and continued for about four years, according to a news release from Baltimore County police.
