A Baltimore County police investigation found the restaurant's management acted appropriately in connection with a December shooting incident outside the location.
Charles Village Pub won't face disciplinary action from the Baltimore County Liquor Board after shots were fired outside the location in December. Francis Minsung Kang, 26, of the unit block of Brook Farm Court in Cockeysville was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault and use of a handgun in committing a felony after he allegedly fired five shots into a crowd outside the Towson restaurant on Dec. 16 during a dispute. Police said one man was treated for a minor gunshot wound after he was struck in the hand. Kang, a Cockeysville resident, was indicted of the charges on Tuesday, according to electronic court records. A trial date has not yet been set.
