Overnight snow has closed Baltimore County Public Schools and St. Joseph's School.
According to the National Weather Service, the snow is expected to slow down during the day with less than half an inch of accumulation possible.
Additionally, the snow emergency plan is in effect for Baltimore County. No parking is permitted on designated snow emergency routes. Vehicles traveling on the road must be equipped with snow or all-weather radial tires or chains.
