Local Celebrities To Guest-Read at Barnes & Noble Stores Monday
Events to Benefit Baltimore County Public Schools will be held in Pikesville, Towson and White Marsh.
Baltimore Blast soccer players, a zookeeper, Maryland teachers of the year and an opera singer are among the guests set to guest-read at Barnes & Noble Booksellers throughout Baltimore County.
The Pikesville store is among the three sites for the event Monday evening: a book fair to benefit Baltimore County Public Schools students through The Education Foundation of Baltimore County Public Schools Inc.
"Each location will feature a variety of guest readers during the fair, including Baltimore Blast soccer players, a zookeeper and an opera singer, as well as 2011-12 Maryland Teacher of the Year Josh Parker and 2013 Baltimore County Public Schools’ Teacher of the Year Sean McComb," according to a news release.

Students will also perform at each site.
The event will be held from 6-10 p.m. at the following stores. according to the release:

Up to 12 percent of sales from the fairs will support Baltimore County Public Schools initiatives, the release states.
