Annual Candlelight Vigil to Feature a Survivor of a Drunk Driving Crash and Local Officials

From the Baltimore County Department of Health:

In memory of the innocent victims of impaired driving and in support of their families, the Baltimore County Department of Health is partnering with the Baltimore County Police Department, the Baltimore County State's Attorney's Office, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), and Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) to hold their annual Candlelight Vigil of Hope and Remembrance.  The event will be held during December which is Drunk and Drugged Driving (3D) Prevention Month.

This year's guest speaker is Cathy Stammero, a survivor of a drunk driving crash. Ms. Stammero will share the story of her life following the crash which left her in severe pain and required years of surgical procedures.  She has continued to be vocal and active in the fight against impaired driving desiring to raise awareness of this devastating crime.
