An Anytime Fitness might be a good fit for one of the two vacancies in Hunt Valley's Shawan Plaza.
At least that's what management company Kimco Realty thinks.
A sign hanging in the window of 11331 York Road says that the space is preapproved for a franchise location of the 24-hour gym.
That 4,759 square foot space is only one of the disused locations in the shopping center anchored by Giant Food.
Three doors down, at 11347 York Road, another 3,300 square feet are available for lease.
So we know the management company is interested in moving a gym in; the question is what would you like to see in Shawan Plaza?
