Security Guard Fatally Shot During Scuffle at Baltimore County Restaurant
A security guard was fatally shot at a restaurant in Baltimore County while trying to stop a fight between customers, police said.
A security guard was shot and killed at the Windsor Inn crab house while breaking up a fight between customers early Friday morning, Baltimore County police said on their website.
Eugene Flanagan Jr., 38, was shot at the Windsor Inn Crab House, 7207 Windsor Mill Road shortly before 2 a.m. and was later pronounced dead at Northwest Hospital, the Baltimore Sun reports.
"Investigators determined that the victim was a security officer at the Windsor Inn, and that he was shot while breaking up a fight and escorting patrons outside," police wrote in a release.Police did not release a suspect description.
