Threet and another man walked into the 1st Mariner Bank branch located at 9840 York Road around 10:30 a.m. July 5, displayed a small black BB gun and ordered all of the employees to get on the ground, according to a police report.

One of the men jumped over the counter and emptied cash drawers while the other stayed in the lobby watching over the employees, the report states.
