North County Crime: 7-Eleven Robbed on New Year's Day

The following information was supplied by the Cockeysville Police Precinct. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Staffordshire Road, between 6:30 a.m. Dec. 31, 2011 and Jan. 2. A Wii game console and videogame were stolen from a residence. The burglar broke the rear glass door to gain entry.

York Road, 11200 block, between 3:30 a.m. and 3:36 a.m. Jan. 1. A man entered a 7-Eleven and displayed a handgun to a clerk. The robber ordered the clerk to put the register money into a plastic bag. The robber, described as 6-foot tall,  fled on foot.
