New Captain Joins Cockeysville Police Precinct

Moxley is transferring from the Vice/Narcotics unit, where he has served as a commander since September 2007, police spokeswoman Cathy Batton wrote in an email to Patch. He was promoted to the rank of captain in 2002, and has held command positions at the Garrison Precinct, the Administrative and Technical Services Section and Internal Affairs. Moxley has worked in the patrol division at the Essex precinct.
