The 41-year-old man may have hypothermia.

A drowning man was pulled out of Prettyboy Dam late Wednesday morning.

Someone called police after hearing a cry for help coming from the direction of the reservoir at around 11:42 a.m., said Louise Rogers-Feher, a Baltimore County Police Department spokeswoman. Law enforcement crews rescued the 41-year-old man, who was in the water for about 30 minutes.

Rogers-Feher said the man was transported to a hospital and may be suffering from hypothermia.
