Steven David Rosen, 61, died after sustaining a severe head injury in the fall.

A Cockeysville man died Saturday of head injuries sustained when he fell from a ladder.

At about 7:30 a.m., Baltimore County police officials responded to the area of Beaver Run Lane and York Road in Cockeysville for the report of an injured person, according to a statement from police spokesman Lt. Robert McCullough.

The injured man, Steven David Rosen, 61, of the unit block of Montvieu Court in Cockeysville, was working at the location when he fell from a ladder and sustained serious head injuries.

He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The death at this time appears to be accidental, according to McCullough. No additional details are available at this time.
