Arrested this time was Ravens offensive lineman Jah Reid, 25, who was charged with two misdemeanor counts of battery in Key West, FL, according to WBLT, making him the third teammate to be arrested in the past 22 days.
Reid was arrested early Sunday morning after an altercation with security officials at a bar called the Red Garter, according to the station.
The incident began when another man accidentally bumped into Reid at the bar shortly before 2 a.m., and after the two exchanged words, Reid charged Mussa, head-butted him and punched him until he fell to the ground, WBLT reported, citing a police account.
The police report said when a security guard tried to break up the fight, Reid began punching him.
Police said another man, identified as Benjamin Buxton, then jumped into the fight and began punching Mussa. Buxton also punched another security guard who tried to break up the melee, the station reported.
The police report said Reid told officers he had been choked by the security guard.
One man was Tasered during the incident, but it was unclear who.
The Baltimore Ravens released a statement on the matter Sunday, simply saying, “We have learned of the situation and are gathering information."
Florida police said they expect to get security footage of the incident from the bar.
Reid and Buxton were booked and transported to the Monroe County jail. Both were released on $2,000 bonds Sunday, according to The Baltimore Sun, which cited Monroe County jail records.
