The Sparks Glencoe Community Planning Council (SGCPC) is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to preserving and protecting the rural character of northern Baltimore County. By participating in the race you will help it continue to educate residents and land use representatives about local natural resources, encourage the protection of the rural, historical, and agricultural environment for generations to come.
