The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world’s largest fight for more birthdays, attracting people of all ages and walks of life who want to save lives from cancer. At the event, teams camp out and take turns walking around a track to celebrate the survivors and caregivers in our community, remember those we have lost, and fight back against the disease. There are lots of wonderful activities and you’ll get a chance to meet others who have traveled a journey similar to yours.
Relay For Life of North Baltimore County takes place in June. Our monthly rally meetings provide tools and resources about survivor/caregiver recruitment, fundraising, how to prepare for the day of Relay, mission related information about programs and services, and more!
6:30pm is for those on the planning team, anyone interested in helping with a specific or non specific area of Relay For Life is welcomed to attend. At 7pm, team captains and team members are encouraged to attend to get up-to-date information about the event and additional information.
