Police department employees were honored for exceptional contributions.

The Baltimore County Police Foundation recognized several police department employees for outstanding performance. 

Foundation President F. Frank Culotta announced the following honorees:

  • Community Service – Lt. James H. Wickless Jr., Employment Section
  • Crime Prevention– Officer Terri L. Schmidt, Essex Precinct 11
  • Distinguished Contribution to the Profession– Detective Cpl. Robert A. Conroy, Hazardous Devices Team
  • Exceptional Performance– Officer Rachel M. Wood, Woodlawn Precinct 2
  • Exceptional Performance– "Operation Pharmgate" Investigative Team
  • Valor– Detective Ryan Cooper, Pikesville Precinct 4; Officer Mark C. Fisher, Pikesville Precinct 4
