NKF-MD Announces New Board Members

The National Kidney Foundation of Maryland (NKF-MD) has announced that the following individuals have joined the board of directors and begun serving three-year terms:

Andrew Franklin, CEO of Norris Automotive, has 15 years industry experience. He received the 2011 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year – Maryland Award. A Towson University graduate, he resides in Parkton, with his wife Jennifer, and their children Colin and Carson.

Bettina McDavid, PHR, is the director of talent acquisition for McCormick & Co., Inc. She brings over 15 years of progressive experience in the space of talent acquisition, executive search, Internet recruiting, employment branding and pipeline development. Previously, she performed executive level recruiting for Ernst & Young, managed recruiting for SC&H Group and spent seven years leading the talent acquisition strategies for the Mid-Atlantic region of McGladrey. A Roanoke College graduate, she speaks German fluently and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification. McDavid resides in Hunt Valley with her husband Robert, and their children, Allie and Andrew.
