Milton Inn Chef To Open Highland Restaurant

Highland Inn will feature a farm-to-table menu.

The Milton Inn executive chef and owner Brian Boston is opening a new restaurant in Highland.

The restaurant is scheduled to open at 12857 Highland Road later this summer, according to Adventures in Baltimore Restaurants. Highland Inn—the second restaurant for Boston—will offer farm-to-table selections in a casual but elegant atmosphere.

Menu items, which include steaks and sandwiches, will range from $21-30, the local food blog reports.

On its Facebook page Thursday, The Milton Inn posted that it's hiring for positions at Highland Inn. Interested applicants can email miltoninn@aol.com.

The Sparks based the prestigious International Star Diamond from The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences earlier this year. Additionally, Boston was named the Restaurant Association of Maryland's 2011 .
