VIDEO: Sugarloaf Crafts Festival Draws Artists from Across Country
The 35th annual event is scheduled to display work from more than 250 artists.
The 35th annual Sugarloaf Crafts Festival kicked off on Friday with more than 250 artists from across the country showcasing their creations and talents at the Maryland State Fairgrounds.
The theme of this year's festival is "New This Season," emphasizing modern American artistry. Artists are also selling home accessories, jewelry, portraits, CDs and more.
Sugarloaf runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday. Tickets are $9 at the door, $7 online and children under 12 receive free admittance.
