In yet another close competition, The Pioneer Pub & Restaurant claimed victory as the best place to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in the area.
"I think we just have a good customer base," said Kim Polley, a co-owner of the Parkton restaurant.
Pioneer Pub received 14 of the total 29 votes. Patrick's Restaurant & Pub came in second place with 12 votes.
Next week, Patch is looking for the best place for kids' haircuts. Voting starts Monday at 5 a.m.
